Placing an Order
Can I place a phone order?
We welcome phone orders! Call our Customer Service at 1-888-878-9869 between Mondays through Fridays, 9am EST to 5pm EST.
What size should I order?
Most maternity wear is based on your pre-pregnancy size with a little extra room. Detailed chart corresponding to the designer you are ordering can be found here.
Why are the items in my cart disappearing?
Make sure cookies are activated.
Can I cancel/change my order?
If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not shipped it out, we happily make the changes requested. If we have just shipped out the package, we can ship additional items at no additional cost.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link of FedEx or USPS website, depending on how we shipped your package.;

Prelegant.com only accepts VISA, MasterCard & Discover.
You can also purchases through Google Checkout using a credit, debit, or gift card with the following logos:

Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. We have very strict measure in place to protect your information. For more information on this measure, check our Privacy Policy section.
What if I do not receive a confirmation email?
If you have completed your transaction but you have not received your confirmation email, please follow the suggestions below:
- 1. Make sure it's been at least 30 minutes since you completed your transaction.
- 2. Check your Spam folder to make sure that the email is not there.
- 3. Contact us and we will send you another confirmation email.
Returns and Deliveries
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out on the same day or next business day and it generally takes about 5-7 business days for the shipment to arrive. Detailed shipping information can be found here.
Do you ship internationally?
