If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, returns are stress & cost-free!

Just follow these easy steps and your return will be processed in no time.

To request a return label, simply email Prelegant ( info@prelegant.com ) or fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page below. As soon as your request is received, Prelegant will email you a return label to include on your package.

Refunds & Exchanges 

A full refund will be issued on all full priced merchandise for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached (shipping costs are non-refundable). 

Merchandise purchased using a promotional code or offer are also eligible for a full refund. 

Merchandise purchased on sale will receive store credit. 

After 60 days, you will be credited for the item's current selling price in the form of a store credit.
