We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Policy for Local Orders:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Products are eligible for return or exchange if they meet any of the following criteria:

  1. Defective, broken, or damaged products.
  • Incorrect product, incomplete product, or mismatch with the product description.
  • The size, color, or quantity does not match the order.
  • The wrong product is delivered. 

       2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

       3.The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

       4.Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue by contacting customer support via email or WhatsApp.

Process for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Submit the required proof for review.
  2. If approved, our delivery partner will initiate a pickup within 3-5 working days.
  3. Once we receive the product, a replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
  4. No return shipping fee will be charged.

Refund Policy for Local Orders:

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return & Exchange Policy for Cross-Border Orders (International Orders)


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
      1. The following conditions qualify for returns/exchanges:

  • Products with major quality defects.
  • Products damaged during shipment.
  • Incorrect product, size, or color received.
  • The wrong product is delivered.

     2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
     3. Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) to our customer service team for assessment.
     4. The product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

Process for Cross-Border Returns & Exchanges:
   Contact our customer support at:

    1. Submit the required proof for review.
    2.  If the return is approved, the product must be physically returned to our local outlet or warehouse in [Your Country].

  •    Customers can return the item in person through a friend, family member, or during their next visit.
  •    Alternatively, the item can be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy for Cross-Border Orders:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
  • Refunds are not applicable for international orders; instead, store credit will be provided.
  • Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Additional Notes:

  • Original invoice must be included with all returns.
  • We do not accept returns for used, washed, or altered products.
  • Any return request after the stated period will not be accepted.
