Our service:

The services we offer allow you to search through the Website and purchase products from a large number of Partner boutiques and brands. As part of the Services, we also provide some ancillary services such as arranging delivery of the products, and providing you with customer service assistance. The specific Prelegant entity procuring such services will depend on your location. The contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant Partner. This means that it is the Partner (not us) who is legally responsible for selling the products to you. Please note that the delivery logistics service is being provided by us to you and as such you are entering into a contract for delivery services provided by us to deliver products on behalf of Partners. We may make a charge for these services which will be shown at checkout and prior to your purchase of the products. Your contract with us is concluded once the products have been delivered to you by the courier or have been collected by you from a Partner.

In order to use the “services” you must be over 18 years of age.

দায়বদ্ধতার অস্বীকৃতি:

ORDER:

By proceeding with the checkout process and clicking the "Place Order" button, you are expressing your intent to purchase products from the associated Partner (and not directly from us). Your order is contingent upon these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement between you and the relevant Partner. All orders are subject to availability and verification of the order's pricing. We reserve the right to cancel your order (or a portion thereof) if the product is unavailable or if the pricing set by the Partner is inaccurate. Which will always be monitored by PRELEGANT.

In the event that an item you've ordered is unavailable, PRELEGANT may, at its discretion, seek the same item from another Partner on your behalf. If such action is taken, we will promptly inform you via email, call or sms. Once the contract for the products is established with the Partner, they are legally obligated to provide you with goods that meet the terms of the contract. The legal ownership of the purchased product transfers to you upon the shipment of your order. However, the risk associated with the product remains with the Partner and/or PRELEGANT (as applicable) until the product is delivered to the address specified during the order placement.

আপনি অর্ডার করেছেন এমন একটি আইটেম অন্তর্ভুক্ত হলে, এবং প্রিলিগ্যান্ট তার বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, আপনার পক্ষ হয়ে অন্য অংশীদারের কাছ থেকে একই আইটেম চাইতে পারে। যদি এই ধরনের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়, আমরা অবিলম্বে আপনাকে ইমেল, কল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে জানাব। একবার অংশীদারের সাথে পণ্যগুলির জন্য চুক্তি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হলে, তারা আপনাকে চুক্তির শর্তাবলী পূরণ করে এমন পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে আইনত বাধ্য থাকবো। ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের আইনি মালিকানা আপনার অর্ডারের চালানের পরে আপনার কাছে স্থানান্তরিত করা হবে । যাইহোক, পণ্যের সাথে সম্পর্কিত ঝুঁকি অংশীদার এবং/অথবা প্রিলিগ্যান্ট (যেমন প্রযোজ্য) এর সাথে থাকে যতক্ষণ না পণ্যটি অর্ডার বসানো থাকবে বা নিদিষ্ট সময় বা নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় না থাকলে পণ্যটি পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে না ।

PAYMENT:

To make a purchase, you must have a valid method of payment. By placing an order, you affirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, that you meet the age requirement, that you have authorization to use the selected payment method, and that there are adequate funds in the designated account to cover the order's cost.

Our website enables you to review and rectify any errors before finalizing a purchase. Please review your order diligently at each stage of the process to ensure accuracy (such as correct products, quantities, sizes, colors, etc.). You bear responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

Pricing policy:

Prices of all products on the Prelegant site are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. The price of the product added to your shopping cart will always be according to the latest price of the product. Please note that adding a product to your cart does not mean that the price will change. If the price of the product is changed on the site while the product is in the cart. Then the price of the product in the cart will also change. The revised price may be lower or higher than the previous price. The printed price of products on our site is usually charged to the supplier. We always try to ensure that the sold or printed price of the product is correct. However, sometimes these prices may be incorrect due to unforeseen reasons. For example, the supplier inadvertently did not inform us about the change in the price of the product, gave the wrong price while giving the price of the product, also for various other reasons, the price of the product may be wrong. Which is not always possible to control completely. In such an event we may notify you of the incorrect price of the product or cancel the order if necessary (we will notify you directly if cancellation of the order is necessary for any reason). Note that the decision of the Prelegant will be final in case of order cancellation. This has nothing to do with order confirmation or already payment. If the customer has already paid then we will refund the amount paid by the customer as per the general “Refund Policy”.

মূল নির্ধারণ:

Prelegant / প্রিলিগ্যান্ট সাইটে থাকা সকল পণ্যের দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় প্রদর্শন করা হয়েছে। আপনার শপিং কার্টে যোগ করা পণ্যের দাম সর্বদা পণ্যের সাম্প্রতিক মূল্য অনুযায়ী হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন, আপনি কোনো পণ্য কার্টে এড করা মানে এমন নয় যে ঐ দামটি অপরবর্তনীয়। যদি পণ্যটি কার্টে থাকা অবস্থায় সাইটে পণ্যটির দাম পরিবর্তন করা হয়। তাহলে কার্টে থাকা পণ্যটিরও দাম পরিবর্তন হবে। পরিবর্তিত দামটি পূর্বের মূল্যের চেয়ে কমও হতে পারে, বেশিও হতে পারে। আমাদের সাইটে থাকা পণ্যের মুদ্রিত মূল্য সাধারণত অংশীদার কাছ থেকে নেওয়া হয়। আমরা সর্বদাই চেষ্টা করি যাতে পণ্যের বিক্রিত বা মুদ্রিত মূল্য সঠিক থাকে। তারপরও অনাকাঙ্খিত কিছু কারণে কখনো কখনো এই দাম ভুল হতে পারে। যেমন- অংশীদার  অসাবধানতাবশত আমাদের পণ্যের দাম পরিবর্তনের বিষয়টি জানালেন না, পন্যের  দাম দেওয়ার সময় ভুল দাম দিলেন, এছাড়াও আরো নানান কারণে কদাচিৎ পণ্যের দামে ভুল হতে পারে। যা পুরোপুরি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা সবসময় সম্ভব হয় না। এমন ক্ষেত্রে আমরা চাইলে পণ্যের ভুল দাম সম্পর্কে আপনাকে জানাতে পারি বা প্রয়োজন হলে অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারি (কোনো কারণে সরাসরি অর্ডার বাতিল করা প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব)। উল্লেখ্য যে, অর্ডার বাতিল কারার ক্ষেত্রে Prelegant এর সিদ্ধান্তই চুড়ান্ত হবে। এখানে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়া কিংবা ইতিমধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই। গ্রাহক যদি পূর্বেই পেমেন্ট করে থাকে তাহলে সাধারণ “Refund Policy” অনুযায়ী আমরা গ্রাহকের পরিশোধিত মূল্য ফেরত দিব।

DELIVERY POLICY: 

Within Dhaka: Product home delivery time is 1-3 working days within Dhaka city. And delivery time is 2-5 working days within Dhaka district.

Outside Dhaka: Product delivery time is 2-5 working days to district cities outside Dhaka.

Upazila and Rural Areas: In Upazila and Rural Areas the products are delivered within 2-5 full working days depending on the delivery channel. In some cases, delivery to remote areas is not possible; In that case, the buyer may have to pick up the parcel from the upazila market or a known place.

Home Delivery: Prelegant sends products through various delivery channels depending on time, place, city and service for home delivery such as Steadfast, Pathao, Redex, Sundarban Courier Service. However, subject to the customer's request, we deliver the product to SA Paribahan, Post Office or other couriers with additional charges.

Please also note that the estimated delivery date for your products will be specified in the order confirmation email or registered phone number or both. Sometimes the delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe in the unusual circumstances or events which includes, but not limited to, natural disaster, national or public holidays, etc. in that case the Prelegant team will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges: The delivery charges will be shown on the site according to the delivery method selected by the buyer at the time of purchase of products from the Prelegant site. Besides, delivery charges may be more or less on the occasion of different offers. But in general delivery charges are - 

Inside Dhaka: Home delivery charge is 70 taka. If the size of the product is big, the charge may increase.

Outside Dhaka: Home delivery charge is Tk 130. If the size of the product is big, the charge may increase.

ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:

ঢাকার মধ্যে: পণ্য হোম ডেলিভারির সময় ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে  ১ থেকে ৩  কার্যদিবস। এবং ঢাকা জেলার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সময়   ২ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবস।

ঢাকার বাইরে: ঢাকার বাইরের জেলা শহরে পণ্য সরবরাহের সময়   ২ থেকে ৫কার্যদিবস।

উপজেলা ও গ্রামীণ এলাকা: উপজেলা ও গ্রামীণ এলাকায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি চ্যানেলের  উপর নির্ভর করে 2-5  ২ থেকে ৫ পূর্ণ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হয়। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে বিতরণ সম্ভব নয়; সেক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে উপজেলা বাজার বা পরিচিত স্থান থেকে পার্সেল নিতে হতে পারে।

হোম ডেলিভারি: প্রিলিগ্যান্ট হোম ডেলিভারির জন্য সময়, স্থান, শহর এবং পরিষেবার উপর নির্ভর করে বিভিন্ন ডেলিভারি চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পাঠায় যেমন স্টেডফাস্ট, পাঠাও, রেডেক্স, সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস। কিন্তু, গ্রাহকের অনুরোধ সাপেক্ষে, আমরা অতিরিক্ত চার্জ সহ  এস. এ. পরিবহন, পোস্ট অফিস বা অন্যান্য কুরিয়ারগুলিতে পণ্যটি সরবরাহ করি।

অনুগ্রহ করে আরও মনে রাখবেন যে আপনার পণ্যগুলির জন্য আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি তারিখটি অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল বা নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বর বা উভয়েই উল্লেখ করা হবে। কখনও কখনও অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতিতে বা ইভেন্টে বিতরণে স্বাভাবিক সময়সীমার চেয়ে বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে যার মধ্যে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, জাতীয় বা সরকারী ছুটির দিন ইত্যাদি অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে৷ সেক্ষেত্রে প্রিলিগ্যান্ট টিম যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব আপনাকে অবহিত করবে৷

ডেলিভারি চার্জ: প্রিলিগ্যান্ট সাইট থেকে পণ্য কেনার সময় ক্রেতার দ্বারা নির্বাচিত ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ সাইটে দেখানো হবে। এছাড়া বিভিন্ন অফার উপলক্ষে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কম-বেশি হতে পারে। কিন্তু সাধারণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ হল-

ঢাকার ভিতরে: হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ  ৭০ টাকা। পণ্যের আকার বড় হলে চার্জ বাড়তে পারে।

ঢাকার বাইরে: হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ  ১৩০ টাকা। পণ্যের আকার বড় হলে চার্জ বাড়তে পারে।

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

products are eligible for returns & exchange if,

1) In case of defective, broken, damaged,  incorrect product, incomplete product is delivered.

2) If the product does not match the product description 'on site' at the time of order.

3) If the size, color,  or quantity of the product does not match.

4) If the ordered product is replaced by another product or the wrong product is delivered.

An exchange will be made if the product is returned to us along with the above proofs within 7 days of product delivery. No fee will be charged. In this case, customer must have to provide photos of the product to the customer support at

After sending the photos and contacting our customer support team, our team will analyze the case. 

If the product is confirmed to be return and exchange-eligible, our delivery partner team will initiate a return request and the product will be received from you in 3-5 working days. after the product is received from you, in 7 working days you will receive the exchanged product. 

রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি/ ফেরত ও বিনিময় নীতি :

পণ্য রিটার্ন এবং বিনিময়ের জন্য যোগ্য যদি,

১) ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভাঙ্গা, নষ্ট, মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ, ভুল পণ্য, অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্য হলে।

২) অর্ডারের সময় ”সাইটে থাকা” পণ্যের বিবরণে সাথে পণ্যের মিল না পাওয়া গেলে।

৩) পণ্যটির সাইজ, কালার, ফ্লেবার, বা সংখ্যা না মিললে।

৪) অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের বদলে অন্য পণ্য চলে গেলে।

4) যদি অর্ডার করা পণ্যটি অন্য পণ্য দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত হয় বা ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়।

উপরোক্ত বিষয়গুলো পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে উপর্যুক্ত প্রমাণ সহ দেখানোর পর পণ্য আমাদের নিকট রিটার্ন হলে এরপর এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেয়া হবে। কোনো ফি ধার্য করা হবে না।  এই ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই পণ্যের ফটোগুলি গ্রাহক সহায়তাকে সরবরাহ করতে হবে। আপনি নিম্নে উল্লেখিত যেকোনো মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্যের ছবি পাঠাতে পারবেন।

পণ্যটি ফেরত এবং বিনিময়-যোগ্য বলে নিশ্চিত হলে, আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার টিম একটি রিটার্ন রিকুয়েস্ট শুরু করবে এবং পণ্যটি ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার কাছ থেকে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার হতে একজন গিয়ে নিয়ে আসবেন। আপনার কাছ থেকে পণ্যটি আমরা পাওয়ার পরে, ৭  কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনি বিনিময় পণ্যটি (এক্সচেঞ্জ পণ্যটি) পাবেন।

REFUND AND CANCEL:

In cases where refund will be applicable,

Refunds will be given to you within 7 working days after the product has been analyzed according to the return policy if you choose to receive a refund instead of an exchange. In that case it must be a paid order.

If 'Cash on Delivery' is selected as payment method and you have not paid for the product, no refund will be given.

A full refund will be given if your paid order is canceled or if the customer requests to cancel.

A refund will be given if the customer cancels the order before the paid order is transferred from Prelegant to the delivery service partner for delivery.

However, if you wish to cancel the paid order after transferring the product to the  delivery partner, please cancel the order and do not receive the product if it reaches you. You will get a full refund within 5-7 working days.

If the supplier has stock, the old product will be replaced with the new product. If out of stock, the full amount paid by you for the product will be refunded.

Refunds will be applicable only if product defects are raised within the specified time period following the return and exchange policy. Refund will not be applicable if the Prelegant support team  is not informed after the specified time i.e. within 7 days of delivery.

Our support team will ask you how you would like to receive the refund. If you want, you can take it through Bank, Bkash, Nagad,  Rocket or other preferable media.

It usually takes 5-7 days to process the refund. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please contact us.

রিফান্ড এবং ক্যানসেল / মূল্যে ফেরত ও বাতিল নীতিঃ

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে, 

রিটার্ন নীতি অনুযায়ী আপনার পাঠানো পণ্যটি  বিশ্লেষণ করার পর আপনাকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেয়া হবে যদি আপনি এক্সচেঞ্জ না নিয়ে রিফান্ড নিতে চান। সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই এটি পেইড  অর্ডার হতে হবে। 

যদি পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম হিসাবে ‘ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি’ সিলেক্ট করে থাকেন এবং আপনি যদি পণ্যটির জন্য কোন টাকা পরিশোধ না করে থাকেন, তাহলে কোনো টাকা রিফান্ড পাবেন না।

আপনার পেইড অর্ডারটি ক্যান্সেল হলে কিংবা গ্রাহক নিজে ক্যান্সেল করতে অনুরোধ করলে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য রিফান্ড দেয়া হবে।

পেইড অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারির উদ্দেশ্যে Prelegant থেকে ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসে হস্তান্তর পূর্বেই গ্রাহক অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করলে মূল্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে। 

তবে পেইড অর্ডারটি হস্তান্তরের পরে ক্যানসেল করতে চাইলে অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডারটি ক্যানসেল করবেন এবং যদি পণ্যটি আপনার কাছে পোঁছে যাই তবে সেটি রিসিভ করবেন না। আপনাকে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে। 

যদি সাপ্লাইয়ের কাছে স্টক থাকে, তাহলে আগের পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করে নতুন পণ্য দেওয়া হবে। যদি স্টক না থাকে, তাহলে পণ্যের জন্য আপনার পরিশোধ-কৃত সম্পূর্ণ টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি অনুসরণ করে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্যের ত্রুটি প্রমাণসহ উত্থাপন করলে তবেই রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের পর অর্থাৎ ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কর্তৃপক্ষকে না জানালে  রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

রিফান্ড আপনি কিভাবে নিতে চান তা আপনার থেকে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম জানতে চাইবে। আপনি চাইলে ব্যাংক, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট ইত্যাদি মাধ্যমে নিতে পারবেন।

রিফান্ড প্রসেস করতে সাধারণত ৫-৭ দিন সময় লাগে।  যদি এর মাঝে রিফান্ড না পান, তাহলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন।

Warranty information is included with each of our products. It can range from a minimum of 7 days to 3 years and will vary from product to product.

Some products may not be accompanied by warranties that do not apply.

However, for small issues such as: how to run or how to configure, it is requested to take support on hotline/whatsapp instead of sending the product to us for such issues.

আমাদের প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের সাথে ওয়ারেন্টির তথ্য দেয়া থাকে।যা ন্যূনতম ৭ দিন থেকে ৩ বছর পর্যন্ত হতে পারে এবং  প্রোডাক্ট টু প্রোডাক্ট ভ্যারি করবে। 

কোন কোন প্রোডাক্টের সাথে ওয়ারেন্টি নাও থাকতে পারে যেগুলোতে প্রযোজ্য নই।
